I have over 18 years experience of working in the fields of payment cards/foreign exchange and IT support services. I have held multiple roles across the financial services, mostly within payments, covering technical setup, implementation and customer facing operations.

I have excellent problem solving and technical skills, am well organised and excellent at communicating with colleagues at all levels and customers alike.


Part project manager, part technical consultant and filling that “grey area” between IT and business, I specialise in project management of card issuing/processing setup, systems integration at both presales, project and ongoing business phases, technical documentation, software deployment, technical and process trouble shooting and third party integration, especially within the field of banking and payment cards, particularly gift and prepaid.

Form3 provide a cloud based and highly scalable REST API interface to the traditional banking payments networks (FPS, Bacs, SEPA). This role focuses on end to end management of customers integrating with Form3. Requiring strong project management skills, process knowledge and understanding of how banking payment schemes operate, this role also requires strong working knowledge of how Form3's API suite works in order to work with both technical and non technical parties at banks, fintechs and financial institutions to bring their integration to market.

Retailo became a subsidiary of Blackhawk Network in 2013. Project management of technical onboarding for German/Austrian card partners /retailers into the wider Blackhawk/Retailo network. Providing guidance, help and assistance to existing implementation staff on integration best practices and Blackhawk technology, processes/procedures. Cross culture/team communication as well as a large amount of documentation writing on processes and procedures for future implementations.

Project management of technical integrations between card providers and card sellers for distribution of closed and open loop gift cards. Working across Europe and South Africa, covering the full development life cycle from pre-sales, inception to design, testing and integration with ISO 8385, XML and other proprietary messaging formats. Working with third parties (inc Apple, Google, EA, Tesco, Carrefour) to ensure systems were integrated correctly, on time and to required integration specifications. Providing guidance on new technical processes, support and guidance on technical items to other teams and investigating escalated support tickets.

Working with a team of project managers to implement new prepaid card products and the processes surrounding them. Communicating requirements and completing paperwork for different payment associations globally as well as card processors to ensure networks and payment systems are configured to project requirements and within project time scales. Working with testers at pre implementation and liaising with potential customers on technical setup/API integration and card loading systems. Training of both internal staff and customers as well as providing some ad-hoc MI production tasks. Responsibility for the day to day contact with payment associations (Visa, Mastercard and CUP), assisting the customer services team to diagnose possible faults and acceptance issues.

Senior Implementation Manager

The first in role, I took responsibility for building up the implementation area and associated processes within the business. Working closely with customer project teams to help them integrate their systems with Equals Money JSON REST API set enabling them to bring to market payment systems encompassing cards and banking network payments (Sepa, FPS, Bacs and Swift).
Project management and a little bit of technical consultancy were involved in this role, to help achieve good quality integrations that will deliver results for all parties involved.

Tuum provide a salable, responsive and highly configurable, API enabled cloud native core banking platform to the financial services industry. This role focuses on the technical project management and support of partners who wish to implement Tuum's solution into their business.
Requiring a good understanding of the platform and it's JSON REST API interface, the role works as a liaison point between the customer and internal teams, particularly product and engineering, to ensure the customers or the partner teams implementing them are enabled, trained and setup correctly for a successful go to market.
